Farm Description

Glen Gordon was established in 1910 & was a stopover for Cob & Co coaches & droving camps on their way to the meatworks in Cairns. My daughter and I have owned the property since 2005. Glen Gordon is a unique picturesque cattle station of approx 30,000 acres with superb wildlife situated in North Queensland and lies almost 1000 metres above sea level. It hence enjoys all the benefits of a tropical altitudinal climate, and a guaranteed rainfall. The Blunder Ck and the Millstream River form the Southern and Western boundaries respectively. With its rivers, mountains, bushland, and tracks it is ideal for bush walking, trail rides, horse, bike or 4x4driving, Canoeing or Fishing for black bream and hunting feral animals. (wild pigs, wild dogs and the occasional wild deer)
